2. Prikupljanje i korištenje osobnih podataka

Prikupljamo i koristimo vaše osobne podatke isključivo za pružanje naše usluge digitalnog izvještavanja o nesrećama. Obrađuju se sljedeći podaci:

• Podaci za prijavu (e-mail adresa, ime) za korisničku prijavu
• Informacije profila (ime, adresa, podaci o vozačkoj dozvoli, podaci o osiguranju)
• Podaci izvješća o nesreći (mjesto nesreće, vrijeme, opisi štete, fotografije, skice)
• Tehnički podaci za pružanje i poboljšanje usluge
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, access times

3. Pravna osnova obrade

Obrada se provodi na temelju vašeg pristanka (čl. 6 st. 1 toč. a GDPR-a) kao i za ispunjenje ugovora o korištenju naše usluge (čl. 6 st. 1 toč. b GDPR-a).

• Essential cookies: For basic website functions (login, language settings). These are required for operation and cannot be disabled.
• Google Analytics: For analyzing website usage. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to the USA (see section 9).
• Microsoft Clarity: For analyzing user behavior through heatmaps and session recordings. Provider: Microsoft Corporation. Data may be transferred to the USA (see section 9).

You can revoke or change your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

4. Dijeljenje podataka

Vaši podaci se neće prenositi trećim stranama osim ako je to potrebno za ispunjenje ugovora ili ste izričito pristali. Kod suradnje s osiguravajućim društvima mogu se prenositi izvješća o nesrećama.

• Supabase Inc. (USA, with EU data center): Database and file storage (photos, signatures, PDFs)
• Vercel Inc. (USA): Website hosting and delivery
• Unione (EU): Email delivery (login confirmations, notifications)
• Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics (only with consent)
• Microsoft Corporation: Microsoft Clarity (only with consent)

Data processing agreements according to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors.

5. Sigurnost podataka

Koristimo moderne tehnologije šifriranja i sigurnosne mjere za zaštitu vaših podataka. Prijenos podataka odvija se šifrirano putem HTTPS-a.

• Page views: Which partners were displayed on a page
• Clicks: Whether a partner was clicked
• PDF inclusion: Whether a partner appears in the generated PDF report

This data is used anonymously for billing purposes with our advertising partners. No connection to your personal data is made.

6. Razdoblje pohrane

Vaši podaci pohranjuju se samo onoliko dugo koliko je potrebno za ispunjenje svrhe ili dok postoje zakonske obveze pohrane.

7. Vaša prava

Imate pravo na pristup, ispravak, brisanje, ograničenje obrade, prenosivost podataka i prigovor. U slučaju žalbi možete se obratiti nadležnom tijelu za zaštitu podataka.

• With the other accident party as part of joint report creation
• When you forward the accident report to your insurance company yourself
• When legally required by authorities

8. Retention Period

We only store your data as long as necessary:

• Draft accident reports: Automatic deletion after 14 days of inactivity
• Completed accident reports: 7 years (legal retention period for insurance documents)
• User accounts: Until deletion by you or upon request
• Analytics data: According to the respective provider policies (Google: 14 months, Clarity: 13 months)

9. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are based in the USA. Data transfers are based on:

• EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
• EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies)

We ensure an adequate level of data protection.

10. Data Security

We protect your data through:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
• Encrypted storage of sensitive data
• Regular security updates
• Access restrictions and authentication
