2. Verzameling en gebruik van persoonsgegevens

Wij verzamelen en gebruiken uw persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor het leveren van onze dienst voor digitale schaderapportage. De volgende gegevens worden verwerkt:

• Aanmeldgegevens (e-mailadres, naam) voor gebruikersaanmelding
• Profielinformatie (naam, adres, rijbewijsgegevens, verzekeringsgegevens)
• Schadeformuliergegevens (plaats van ongeval, tijd, schadebeschrijvingen, foto's, schetsen)
• Technische gegevens voor het leveren en verbeteren van de dienst
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, access times

3. Rechtsgrondslag van de verwerking

De verwerking geschiedt op basis van uw toestemming (Art. 6 lid 1 sub a AVG) en voor de uitvoering van het contract over het gebruik van onze dienst (Art. 6 lid 1 sub b AVG).

• Essential cookies: For basic website functions (login, language settings). These are required for operation and cannot be disabled.
• Google Analytics: For analyzing website usage. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to the USA (see section 9).
• Microsoft Clarity: For analyzing user behavior through heatmaps and session recordings. Provider: Microsoft Corporation. Data may be transferred to the USA (see section 9).

You can revoke or change your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

4. Doorgifte van gegevens

Uw gegevens worden niet aan derden doorgegeven, tenzij dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van het contract of u uitdrukkelijk heeft ingestemd. Bij samenwerking met verzekeraars kunnen schadeformulieren worden doorgegeven.

• Supabase Inc. (USA, with EU data center): Database and file storage (photos, signatures, PDFs)
• Vercel Inc. (USA): Website hosting and delivery
• Unione (EU): Email delivery (login confirmations, notifications)
• Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics (only with consent)
• Microsoft Corporation: Microsoft Clarity (only with consent)

Data processing agreements according to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors.

5. Gegevensbeveiliging

Wij gebruiken moderne versleutelingstechnologieën en beveiligingsmaatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen. De gegevensoverdracht vindt versleuteld plaats via HTTPS.

• Page views: Which partners were displayed on a page
• Clicks: Whether a partner was clicked
• PDF inclusion: Whether a partner appears in the generated PDF report

This data is used anonymously for billing purposes with our advertising partners. No connection to your personal data is made.

6. Bewaartermijn

Uw gegevens worden alleen bewaard zolang dit noodzakelijk is voor het doel of wettelijke bewaartermijnen gelden.

7. Uw rechten

U heeft het recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking van de verwerking, gegevensoverdraagbaarheid en bezwaar. Bij klachten kunt u zich wenden tot de bevoegde gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.

• With the other accident party as part of joint report creation
• When you forward the accident report to your insurance company yourself
• When legally required by authorities

8. Retention Period

We only store your data as long as necessary:

• Draft accident reports: Automatic deletion after 14 days of inactivity
• Completed accident reports: 7 years (legal retention period for insurance documents)
• User accounts: Until deletion by you or upon request
• Analytics data: According to the respective provider policies (Google: 14 months, Clarity: 13 months)

9. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are based in the USA. Data transfers are based on:

• EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
• EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies)

We ensure an adequate level of data protection.

10. Data Security

We protect your data through:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
• Encrypted storage of sensitive data
• Regular security updates
• Access restrictions and authentication
