2. Zhromažďovanie a použitie osobných údajov

Vaše osobné údaje zhromažďujeme a používame výlučne na poskytovanie našej služby digitálneho vykazovania nehôd. Spracovávame nasledujúce údaje:

• Prihlasovacie údaje (e-mailová adresa, meno) pre používateľské prihlásenie
• Profilové informácie (meno, adresa, údaje z vodičského preukazu, údaje o poistení)
• Údaje o výkaze nehody (miesto nehody, čas, popis škôd, fotografie, náčrty)
• Technické údaje na poskytovanie a zlepšovanie služby
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, access times

3. Právny základ spracovania

Spracovanie sa vykonáva na základe vášho súhlasu (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a GDPR) a na plnenie zmluvy o používaní našej služby (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b GDPR).

• Essential cookies: For basic website functions (login, language settings). These are required for operation and cannot be disabled.
• Google Analytics: For analyzing website usage. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to the USA (see section 9).
• Microsoft Clarity: For analyzing user behavior through heatmaps and session recordings. Provider: Microsoft Corporation. Data may be transferred to the USA (see section 9).

You can revoke or change your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

4. Odovzdávanie údajov

Vaše údaje nebudú odovzdané tretím stranám, pokiaľ to nie je potrebné na plnenie zmluvy alebo ste s tým výslovne súhlasili. Pri spolupráci s poisťovňami môžu byť odovzdané výkazy o nehodách.

• Supabase Inc. (USA, with EU data center): Database and file storage (photos, signatures, PDFs)
• Vercel Inc. (USA): Website hosting and delivery
• Unione (EU): Email delivery (login confirmations, notifications)
• Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics (only with consent)
• Microsoft Corporation: Microsoft Clarity (only with consent)

Data processing agreements according to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors.

5. Bezpečnosť údajov

Používame moderné šifrovacie technológie a bezpečnostné opatrenia na ochranu vašich údajov. Prenos údajov prebieha šifrovane cez HTTPS.

• Page views: Which partners were displayed on a page
• Clicks: Whether a partner was clicked
• PDF inclusion: Whether a partner appears in the generated PDF report

This data is used anonymously for billing purposes with our advertising partners. No connection to your personal data is made.

6. Doba uchovávania

Vaše údaje sú uložené len tak dlho, ako je to potrebné na plnenie účelu alebo existujú zákonné lehoty na uchovávanie.

Máte právo na informácie, opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracovania, prenosnosť údajov a námietku. Pri sťažnostiach sa môžete obrátiť na príslušný úrad na ochranu osobných údajov.

8. Retention Period

We only store your data as long as necessary:

• Draft accident reports: Automatic deletion after 14 days of inactivity
• Completed accident reports: 7 years (legal retention period for insurance documents)
• User accounts: Until deletion by you or upon request
• Analytics data: According to the respective provider policies (Google: 14 months, Clarity: 13 months)

9. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are based in the USA. Data transfers are based on:

• EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
• EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies)

We ensure an adequate level of data protection.

10. Data Security

We protect your data through:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
• Encrypted storage of sensitive data
• Regular security updates
• Access restrictions and authentication
